1. Due to the Perishable Nature
Our products are made with the freshest ingredients and have a limited shelf life. As such, we cannot accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Each jar of pickles is packed with care, but if it’s bruised by the journey, we’ll make it right.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or visibly spoiled, reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please share photos of the damaged product and its packaging so we can assess the situation. Once reviewed, we’ll either send a replacement or process a refund, based on what fits best for you.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To begin a return or replacement request, simply send us an email at contact@srikrishnapickles.com or call us at 911-030-0560. Provide your order details along with a brief description of the issue, and we’ll take it from there.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once we verify the issue, refunds (if applicable) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
5. Customer Responsibility
It’s essential that the product is stored and handled properly after delivery. We cannot accept claims for issues arising from improper storage after delivery (such as leaving products in high heat or not refrigerating after opening).
6. Non-Returnable Situations
We don’t accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal taste preferences. Our pickles are handcrafted in small batches, and we take great care in ensuring their quality before dispatch. Therefore, any dissatisfaction due to subjective taste does not qualify for a return or refund.
